Cea mai mare modificare e ca eu am ingrosat sosul cu putina faina iar la el in reteta se specifica 2-3 oua care se bat cu smantana si se adauga in mancarica. Am pregatit o bucata de carnea mai mare pe care am asezat fasiute de carne condimentata si am rulat-o. In acest fel, cand o taiati, veti avea felii asemanatoare cu cele taiate de pe grill-ul vertical, micute si condimentate peste tot, nu doar pe deasupra ;) Coacerea la temperatura scazuta asigura suculenta carnii, exact asa cum era cel mai bun gyros pe care l-am mancat in Creta.</p></td></tr></table>]]></description>
