Grape Brandy from Turda

On the occasion of moving, it is nice to also share something to drink, right? How about a good brandy? This Turda brandy is made from Muscat grapes, extremely aromatic and pleasant. It is light and seems to have a refreshing effect. A kind of grappa produced just steps away from me. A wonderful initiative by those at La Salina winery who also produce wines.

Although I am not a hard liquor drinker, I really liked this brandy. It is good to give to friends and share with family at Easter. Busy with moving, I just now realize that there is only one week left until Easter. I am not prepared, I have not thought about the menu. But I am not worried, I have brandy, the rest will come naturally!
