How to Keep Herbs Fresh

I've always had trouble keeping herbs fresh - haven't you? It pains me every time I throw away whole bunches because they wilt faster than I can use them. With this method, herbs will stay fresh much longer - I've tested it personally!

1. Trim the stems of the herbs just like you would trim flower stems before putting them in water.
2. Fill jars halfway with water. Place the herbs in the jars and make sure the stems reach into the water.
3. Pull plastic bags over the herbs and then place the jars in the refrigerator.
