Homemade Croutons
Ingredients
1 small baguette, cut into cubes
60 ml oil
salt
pepper
garlic powder (optional)
How to prepare homemade croutons
- Preheat the oven to maximum
- Place the bread cubes on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, then using a brush, coat them on both sides with oil mixed with salt and pepper (optionally mixed with garlic powder).
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at medium temperature until they are golden and crispy.
