Lime and Coriander Infused Oil
Ingredients
250 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon green peppercorns
1 strip of lime zest
How to prepare lime and coriander infused oil
- Place the crushed peppercorns and coriander seeds along with the lime zest in a clean bottle, fill with oil, and seal tightly. Refrigerate for at least 3 weeks, then consume within 1-2 weeks after opening the bottle.
