Mandoline Slicer

It's been a while since I've shown you what kitchen tools I've purchased. For the marinated carrot salad I absolutely needed the Borner slicer which is ideal for cutting vegetables into sticks, slices and cubes. With it, salads and Chinese dishes will look much nicer.

The set consists of 5 pieces:

• the base
• 3 interchangeable blades (one for slices, another for larger sticks and cubes, and the last for smaller sticks and cubes)
• the safety guard
