Sucaria Juice Bar

Some days when I walk around Cluj, I want something digestive, sometimes an energizer to last until late, other times when I'm feeling romantic I want something totally red, and often I just walk around to see everything new in the center. For such moments, there's Sucaria.

Sucaria is a juice bar in the center that offers 21 natural juices squeezed on the spot through cold pressing. It wasn't the healthy aspect of the juices that won me over, although that's a bonus too. They won me over with their recipes. All the juices I've tasted are balanced, tasty, each fruit and vegetable seems to have a purpose and blends beautifully with the rest. I also liked that the flavors are consistent. If I drank a juice today and tomorrow, it had pretty much the same taste. In many places, especially restaurants, you might eat something good and the next day get something completely different. Very frustrating...

So far my favorite is number 8 (All in Red, with beetroot 🤤), and Radu prefers number 1 (Fruit Power). It costs 10 lei for 330 ml. Shelf life is 2 days.
The juices are packaged in bottles with personalized labels. The place is nice, colorful, and the staff extremely welcoming.
The names are intuitive: Energizer, See Everything, All Red, Fantastic Ten, Green Energy, etc. To make choosing easy, they have a brochure with all combinations presented schematically.

It has earned its place among my Cluj recommendations. It has earned a place in my heart.
