Chardonnay Karakter by Aurelia Visinescu

Although Chardonnay is the best-selling white wine, I rarely find a Chardonnay I like. This Chardonnay from Aurelia Visinescu won me over because it's unoaked. That's why, even though it's buttery, it's fresh and easy to drink. It's golden, delicate, elegant - just like the lady who created it.

I opened this bottle to "christen" the new e-retete location. I haven't moved my kitchen there yet - it's still a construction zone - so please excuse the unsuitable glass for white wine, but for now this is the only one available. The alternative was some enamel mugs 😉

I admit that until 2 years ago I wasn't a fan of wines from the A. Visinescu winery. Since then, however, I've discovered some very good wines: 3 Fete Negre and Artisan Tamaioasa Romaneasca vinified dry.
