Recipe: Fresh Fruit Juice

My favorite fruit combination for a tonic and revitalizing fresh juice. It's especially recommended in winter when meals tend to be heavier, as it aids digestion.

Ingredients

6 oranges
4 small apples
1 mango
1/2 lime (or 1/2 small lemon)
20 g fresh ginger

Yield: 800 ml (2-3 servings)

How to prepare fresh fruit juice

  1. Peel the oranges, lime and mango. Remove the stems from the apples. Cut all the fruit into pieces that fit in your juicer.
  2. Juice the fruits using a juicer. First add the lime, ginger and mango, then the oranges and apples.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a few hours.
