Fresh Fruit Juice
My favorite fruit combination for a tonic and revitalizing fresh juice. It's especially recommended in winter when meals tend to be heavier, as it aids digestion.
Ingredients
6 oranges
4 small apples
1 mango
1/2 lime (or 1/2 small lemon)
20 g fresh ginger
Yield: 800 ml (2-3 servings)
How to prepare fresh fruit juice
- Peel the oranges, lime and mango. Remove the stems from the apples. Cut all the fruit into pieces that fit in your juicer.
- Juice the fruits using a juicer. First add the lime, ginger and mango, then the oranges and apples.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for a few hours.
