Ingredients
200 g yogurt
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
150 g flour
Portions: approx. 30 pieces
How to prepare quick doughnuts
- Beat the egg with a whisk and then mix in the yogurt.
- Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Mix for 1 minute.
- Finally, incorporate the flour all at once, it won't form lumps. Mix well.
- Meanwhile, heat plenty of oil in a frying pan. With a teaspoon, take some batter and push it into the hot oil with your finger. Fry until golden on both sides. Be very careful not to burn them, they fry very quickly!
- Remove onto paper towels to absorb the grease and serve dusted with sugar and jam. They go best with a slightly tart jam, rosehip is my favorite.
