Baked Chicken Legs with New Potatoes

This is the kind of dish that gives you no trouble: quick and everyone loves it.
Ingredients
10 chicken drumsticks
1 kg small new potatoes
chicken seasoning (Galeo or Fuchs brands work great)
50 ml oil
150 ml water

How to prepare baked chicken legs with new potatoes
- Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer in the baking pan. Generously sprinkle chicken seasoning over them.
- Wash the new potatoes with a wire scrubber. Place them on top of the chicken legs. Sprinkle seasoning over them as well.
* if the new potatoes are larger, cut them into cubes; you can also use regular potatoes, peel them and cut into large cubes - Pour the oil all over the pan. Also pour the water, but on one side of the pan so it doesn't "wash off" the seasonings from the meat and potatoes.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake at 240°C for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and leave for another 10 minutes to let the potatoes get crispy.
- Serve immediately with a mixed salad.
