Quick 2-Minute Ice Cream
Quick Recipes Simple Recipes Desserts Recipes for Kids Fruits
Just a few frozen fruits blended and it's ready in 2 minutes. The best part is that during this time when markets are full of cherries, sour cherries, wild strawberries, strawberries, etc., it comes out very flavorful. If you want to make it later and can't find the desired fruits at the market, in the supermarket you'll surely find all kinds of frozen fruits ready to use 😉
Tip: When buying frozen fruit from the supermarket, check the bags, you shouldn't feel lumps of fruit inside, that means they've been defrosted before reaching you. This also applies to frozen vegetables.
Tomorrow comes the "normal" ice cream recipe which takes a bit more work.
Ingredients
350g frozen fruit (I used raspberries)
170g condensed milk
Servings: 6 scoops
How to prepare quick 2-minute ice cream
- It's preferable to use juicy fruits, especially berries (raspberries, blackberries, wild strawberries).
- Put everything in a food processor and blend for about 1 minute. It can be served immediately or you can keep it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- For long-term storage, keep it in the freezer in the food processor bowl with the blade attached, and when you want to serve it, take it out of the freezer, leave it for 10 minutes at room temperature, and then quickly blend it for a few seconds. Then it can be served.
