I fell into temptation again and bought vanilla pudding mix, it's excellent especially in combination with whipped cream. Please don't scold me too hard for using a semi-prepared product. Usually I make almost everything at home, but I can't resist this cream.
This dessert is made quickly, is exceptionally good, and looks great too.
Ingredients
1 packet vanilla pudding mix
300ml milk
80ml whipping cream
3 bananas
3 Twix bars
12 teaspoons caramel sauce

How to prepare quick banana vanilla parfait
- Mix the cold milk with the vanilla pudding mix until it thickens, following the package instructions (I used less milk than the package calls for). Then whip the cream. Mix the vanilla cream with the whipped cream.
- Slice the bananas. Chop the Twix bars with a knife.
- In glasses, arrange layers: a layer of bananas, 2 teaspoons caramel sauce, sprinkle Twix, a generous layer of cream (I used about 3 tablespoons), then another layer of bananas, 2 teaspoons caramel sauce, Twix. On top, put a dollop of cream and sprinkle with a little more Twix.
- It can be served immediately or kept in the refrigerator until serving. Makes 3 glasses from the given ingredients.
