3-4 tablespoons water

How to prepare roasted pepper feta dip
- Place all ingredients except the water into a mini food processor or immersion blender. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Gradually add water until you reach a creamy consistency.
- Spread the dip into a bowl and make a well in the center. Sprinkle fresh herbs into the well and drizzle with quality olive oil.
