300 g feta cheese (or crumbly sheep or goat milk cheese)
75-80 g roasted red pepper (1 medium kapia pepper)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3-4 tablespoons water
parsley or dill for garnish

How to prepare roasted pepper feta dip

  1. Place all ingredients except the water into a mini food processor or immersion blender. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  2. Gradually add water until you reach a creamy consistency.
  3. Spread the dip into a bowl and make a well in the center. Sprinkle fresh herbs into the well and drizzle with quality olive oil.

    🔥for a lighter version, you can reduce the oil to 1 tablespoon (saving ~60 cal / serving).
