Recipe: Homemade Ferrero Rocher

Homemade imitation Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Sounds good, doesn't it?

Ingredients

100g hazelnut cream wafers
150g hazelnuts (raw)
200g Nutella
150g milk chocolate
2 teaspoons oil

How to prepare homemade ferrero rocher

  1. Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray and toast in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes. Remove and rub in a towel until the skins come off. Grind in a coffee grinder.
  2. Crush the wafers, add the ground hazelnuts and Nutella, and mix together.
  3. Form balls from the mixture, the size of Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
    * Wash your hands when they become too sticky and you can no longer form balls.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for 1-2 hours until they harden.
  5. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler and add the oil.
  6. Dip the balls in the chocolate and place on a wire rack until the chocolate sets.
  7. Place in candy papers and serve.
