Homemade imitation Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Sounds good, doesn't it?
Ingredients
100g hazelnut cream wafers
150g hazelnuts (raw)
200g Nutella
150g milk chocolate
2 teaspoons oil

How to prepare homemade ferrero rocher
- Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray and toast in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes. Remove and rub in a towel until the skins come off. Grind in a coffee grinder.
- Crush the wafers, add the ground hazelnuts and Nutella, and mix together.
- Form balls from the mixture, the size of Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
* Wash your hands when they become too sticky and you can no longer form balls. - Refrigerate the balls for 1-2 hours until they harden.
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler and add the oil.
- Dip the balls in the chocolate and place on a wire rack until the chocolate sets.
- Place in candy papers and serve.
