It's my mother's recipe with wild mushrooms also received from her.
Ingredients
1kg wild mushrooms (porcini or chanterelles)
a few sprigs of parsley
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt, pepper
oil
How to prepare mushroom stew
- Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a few tablespoons of oil, with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
- When the mushrooms are done, dissolve the flour in a cup of milk and pour over the mushrooms. Stir quickly until the sauce thickens, and if the sauce is too thick slowly add a little more milk.
- Add the sour cream and let it cook for 1 more minute. Serve warm.
