Recipe: Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Feta

Today I'm tempting you with something simple, quick and tasty... ready in just 15 minutes. And this way I used up every last drop of the Greek-style tomato sauce.

Ingredients

150g short pasta
150ml Greek-style tomato sauce
50g feta cheese (sheep and goat milk)
parsley

How to prepare pasta with tomato sauce and feta

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of water (I didn't add salt to the water because the feta sauce is salty enough). Cook according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat the sauce in a pan. Add the crumbled feta. Mix well.
  3. Add the drained pasta and 2 tablespoons of the pasta water. Stir on heat for another minute until the sauce coats the pasta.
  4. Serve the pasta warm, sprinkled with parsley.
