Quick plum tart recipe that's fast and delicious... that's what most of us are looking for when it comes to cooking. My advice is to buy puff pastry already cut to this size (packages are sold with individual rectangular or round sheets in small dimensions) which has the advantage of not needing to be cut, and you can use as many sheets as you want for the plum tart, while the rest can stay in the freezer.
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (20 x 10 cm)
3 plums
1 packet vanilla sugar
1-2 tablespoons praline
Rum Sauce
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 tablespoon vanilla powdered sugar (or to taste)
1 tablespoon rum

How to prepare quick plum tart
- Cut a piece of puff pastry to 10 x 20cm. Cut a border for it (see photo 1). Brush the edges of the first sheet with a little water. Place the border on top. Brush the border with a little water as well.
- Place the plums cut into quarters in the center of the sheet. Sprinkle praline on top, focusing especially on the border area (to cover it nicely). Sprinkle vanilla sugar on top.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: mix the sour cream well with powdered sugar and rum.
- Serve the warm tart with plenty of sauce and extra praline sprinkled on top.
