Tiramisu Bonbons
Quick Recipes Simple Recipes Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Recipes Desserts
Concentrated tiramisu flavor in a single little bonbon. You can easily turn them into lollipops.
Ingredients
125g mascarpone cheese
170g condensed milk
1/2 packet instant coffee granules
10 ladyfingers
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
Makes: 20
How to prepare tiramisu bonbons
- Put the condensed milk with the coffee and butter to boil over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. When you feel it thickening a bit and it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan, remove from heat. Let cool for 15 minutes.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well until homogeneous.
- Then add the finely ground ladyfingers (in a coffee grinder) and incorporate. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes. After this time, the mixture can be easily shaped.
- Form small balls from the mixture and place them on a platter. Dust with cocoa powder and keep refrigerated until serving.
- Another option would be to freeze the balls, insert sticks into them and then coat them with melted chocolate to make lollipops (follow the technique from here, starting from point 6).
