Cocoa Spritz Cookies

So tender they melt in your mouth. They're the siblings of the lemon spritz cookies. This time I made a full batch 😉
I've lost my pastry bag tips, but if you have decorative tips, use them without worry, the cookies will look even better.
Ingredients
260g flour
30g cocoa powder
250g butter at room temperature
100g powdered sugar (can be vanilla flavored)
2 small egg whites (40g)
1 pinch of salt
How to prepare cocoa spritz cookies
- Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the salt and egg whites and mix until combined.
- Add the flour sifted together with the cocoa. Mix by hand just until the dough comes together.
- Put the dough in a pastry bag (or other cookie forming tools) and pipe strips onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Put the tray in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Bake the cookies at 180°C for 10 minutes.
