Creamy Rice Pudding

It's delicious, creamy, and the condensed milk gives it a special flavor. Can be served as dessert or for breakfast.
Ingredients
120g short-grain rice
500ml milk
170g condensed milk
1 egg
a handful of raisins
cinnamon (or cardamom, vanilla extract, almond extract)
1 pinch of salt

How to prepare creamy rice pudding
- Put the rice to simmer with the milk and condensed milk. Stir frequently and cook over low heat until the rice starts to swell. Then add the raisins, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or other spices). Continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
* if using liquid extracts like vanilla or almond, don't add them now as they will evaporate! - When the rice is cooked and most of the milk is absorbed (it should be a creamy consistency), beat the egg well. Add about 6 tablespoons of the rice mixture to the egg. Turn the heat to the lowest setting, so the pudding no longer boils! Then pour the egg mixture into the pot with the pudding and stir well. Leave on heat for another 3 minutes.
* this is when you add vanilla or almond extract! - Serve in individual bowls or glasses, sprinkled with a little cinnamon.
