Ingredients
600 g zucchini
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
150 ml water
4-5 dill sprigs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons oil
salt, pepper

How to prepare greek-style zucchini
- Peel the zucchini and remove the seeds (if they're larger) and cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion.
- Heat the oil and sauté the onion until soft.
- Add the flour, stir until absorbed by the oil, and fry for maximum 1 minute.
- Add the zucchini cubes, salt and pepper to taste, and water, then stir.
- Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the zucchini will release water and the creamy sauce will cover them.
- Turn off the heat. Add the finely chopped dill and lemon juice to the dish.
