100g tagliatelle
1 tablespoon oil
1 garlic clove
70g smoked salmon
50g cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
100ml cooking cream
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 sprigs dill
salt, black pepper

How to prepare tagliatelle with smoked salmon

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté the crushed garlic until it starts to smell fragrant.
  3. Add the cream cheese and cooking cream and stir until the cheese is completely melted. Season the sauce with black pepper.
  4. Add the tomato paste to the sauce and stir until smooth.
  5. Add the salmon cut into strips and stir gently. Let it simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Adjust the salt to taste. Add the finely chopped dill.
  7. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and mix. Serve warm. Do not reheat.
