Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon

100g tagliatelle
1 tablespoon oil
1 garlic clove
70g smoked salmon
50g cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
100ml cooking cream
1 teaspoon tomato paste
2 sprigs dill
salt, black pepper

How to prepare tagliatelle with smoked salmon
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions.
- Heat the oil and sauté the crushed garlic until it starts to smell fragrant.
- Add the cream cheese and cooking cream and stir until the cheese is completely melted. Season the sauce with black pepper.
- Add the tomato paste to the sauce and stir until smooth.
- Add the salmon cut into strips and stir gently. Let it simmer for 1 minute.
- Adjust the salt to taste. Add the finely chopped dill.
- Add the drained pasta to the sauce and mix. Serve warm. Do not reheat.
