Smoked Salmon Mousse

A delicate smoked salmon cream, very easy to prepare. Just blend the ingredients in a food processor!
It's different from salmon rillette, this cream having a finer texture and a more intense flavor.
Ingredients
200 g smoked salmon
100 g cream cheese (Philadelphia-style)
1 heaping tablespoon sour cream
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion (chives)
1 sprig of dill
salt, black pepper
How to prepare smoked salmon mousse
- Place the salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, a little salt, and ground black pepper in a food processor. Blend until you get a very smooth paste, like a cream.
- Add the chopped herbs and blend again just until evenly distributed. Adjust for salt.
- Serve with toasted bread, bake rolls, or crackers.
