3 slices whole wheat bread
1 avocado
1/2 lime
1 tablespoon lightly toasted pistachios
pistachio oil
salt

How to prepare avocado and pistachio toast

  1. Toast the bread slices in a toaster, on a grill, or in the oven.
  2. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut into thin slices. Drizzle the slices with lime juice (for flavor and to prevent oxidation).
  3. Arrange the avocado slices on the toasted bread. Sprinkle with salt and finely chopped pistachios. Drizzle with pistachio oil.
  4. Serve immediately.
