Toast with Radishes and Egg

Easter breakfast. I have noticed that whatever I put a poached egg or sunny-side up egg on instantly becomes a hit.
Ingredients
1 slice of bread
1 red radish
1 small sprig of parsley
a few rings of green onion
spreadable goat cheese
1 egg
a little butter
a little hot sauce (Sriracha or Tabasco)
radish sprouts
salt, black pepper
Servings: 1
How to prepare toast with radishes and egg
- Spread a thin layer of butter on the bread slice. Toast it on a grill pan heated to maximum until nicely browned on both sides. Remove to a plate and let it cool down.
- Slice the radish thinly. Add the chopped parsley and onion rings. Mix and sprinkle with a little salt.
- Prepare the egg following the recipe here, season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on the toasted bread.
- Arrange the radish slices on top, slightly overlapping.
- Place the sunny-side up egg on top. Drizzle a little Sriracha or Tabasco sauce over the egg.
- Garnish with radish sprouts.
- Serve immediately.
