Curry Seasoning
This Indian-style seasoning is very suitable for lamb, but works excellently with shrimp or chicken.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons curry powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dried coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Servings: 10 tablespoons
How to prepare curry seasoning
- Mix the ingredients well and put them in an airtight jar. Store for 6 months in the refrigerator.
