6 potatoes
1 portion gribiche sauce

How to prepare gribiche potatoes

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil them in salted water. Drain the water and let them cool completely.
  2. Add gribiche sauce over them and mix well. Taste for salt.
  3. Serve cold.
