1 portion gribiche sauce
How to prepare gribiche potatoes
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil them in salted water. Drain the water and let them cool completely.
- Add gribiche sauce over them and mix well. Taste for salt.
- Serve cold.
