Spicy Harissa Potatoes

The potatoes are very flavorful, but also very spicy. They definitely need to be cooled down with a beer 😉 I served them with oven-fried chicken and pickles.
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes (about 700g)
1 tablespoon hot pepper paste (harissa)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 level tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
Servings: 2
How to prepare spicy harissa potatoes
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes.
- Mix with the rest of the ingredients and arrange in a baking tray in a single layer.
- Pour about 100ml of water on the edge of the tray so as not to wash the seasonings off the potatoes, cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake at 200C (400F) for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and leave for about 15-20 more minutes in the oven, and do not forget to stir gently once so the potatoes do not stick to the tray. Serve immediately.
