Grilled Pork Belly
Pork Grilling Recipes Meat Dishes
A sweet and spicy pork roast from the sauces and very aromatic from the herbs de Provence.
Ingredients
1 kg sliced pork belly (choose a piece with less fat)
Marinade
6 tablespoons BBQ sauce (Heinz or other brand)
1 heaping tablespoon mustard
1 heaping teaspoon herbs de Provence
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (or 1/2 teaspoon chili)
2 pinches pepper
1 teaspoon salt

How to prepare grilled pork belly
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade. Pour the marinade over the pork belly slices and mix well so that all slices are covered. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, place the pork slices on the steam grill pan (I cut the meat slices from the beginning to fit on the pan). Let them grill for about 45 minutes, turning them after 30 minutes.
* not all pieces of meat will fit on the grill pan in one batch, you have to grill them in turns.
** you can also prepare them in the oven at 220C (425F) for about 40-45 minutes.
