Yogurt and Curry Marinated Chicken Breast

Chicken breast prepared this way becomes aromatic and succulent. If I had a large grill to cook them on, it would have been even better, but I managed with my huge non-stick pan. However, I recommend grilling them if you have one.
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts (approx 600g)
200g yogurt
1 level tablespoon curry
1 cube garlic powder
1/2 lemon
salt, pepper
Servings: 4-5
How to prepare yogurt and curry marinated chicken breast
- Mix the yogurt with garlic, curry, and a little salt and pepper. Let it rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.
- Cut the chicken breast into thick strips and squeeze the juice of half a lemon over them. Let them marinate with lemon for another half hour in the refrigerator.
- Pour the yogurt and curry marinade over the chicken pieces and mix well so all the meat is covered. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, maximum one day.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, thread the pieces onto skewers, and place them on the grill (or in a non-stick pan without oil). When done on one side, flip them to cook on the other side.
- I served with tomato salad, but it also goes well with rice or with eggplant curry.
