Recipe: Grilled Chicken Breast

These are my perfect grilled chicken breasts. Say goodbye to dry or bland chicken breast.

Ingredients

1 boneless chicken breast
Adobo seasoning
a little oil for greasing the pan

Servings: 3

How to prepare grilled chicken breast

  1. Cut the chicken breast into two lobes, then slice each lobe into 3 slices if the breast is small or 4 slices if it's larger. Don't cut the slices too thin as the grills will turn out too dry. The slices should be fairly even in thickness.
  2. Sprinkle adobo seasoning on both sides of the slices.
  3. Grease the grill pan with oil and then heat it very well. Turn the heat to low and place the chicken slices in the pan.
  4. Grill on the first side until you see the edges have turned white all around. This takes about 2 minutes.
  5. Flip to the other side and grill for another 2 minutes.
    * after each batch, wipe the grill pan with a paper towel and oil it again, then don't forget to reheat the pan
  6. Serve immediately.
