Lamb Skewers

These skewers are very colorful and delicious. I especially loved how they pair with tzatziki, so I recommend serving them the same way.
Ingredients
300g lamb meat (leg)
1/2 lemon
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 sprigs parsley
chili
salt, pepper
1/2 large red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 small red onion

How to prepare lamb skewers
- Cut the meat into cubes. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with the juice of 1/2 lemon and oil. Add chili to taste and the chopped parsley. Mix with your hands so the cubes are well coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 1 day.
- Cut the vegetables into square slices.
- Thread the meat cubes and vegetable slices alternately onto the skewers; I put 6 pieces of meat on each skewer.
* If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for half an hour so they don't burn on the grill - Grill (I used a steam grill) on both sides until the meat is golden brown. On the steam grill, it took 15 minutes per side.
- Serve with tzatziki.
