This pasta is my little secret 😉 When I get home late and don't have cooked food, it's the quickest and best alternative. Like this weekend... I was wandering around our Hungarian neighbors and forgot that my fridge was empty... so in the evening, when I got home, I turned to these two life-saving jars.
Ingredients
250g short pasta
3 tablespoons pesto genovese
3 tablespoons sun-dried tomato pesto
How to prepare pasta with pesto
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve 50ml of the cooking water.
- Put the pasta in a bowl, add the pesto genovese, tomato pesto, and hot water. Mix well until all the pasta is coated with sauce.
- Serve immediately.
