Pasta with Brie Cheese

So you don't say I keep you in the kitchen too long, I decided to balance the more complex brioche recipe with a very quick recipe where you don't need any cooking skills... unless boiling pasta seems complicated to you 😉
This recipe is a little Sunday invention, when I didn't feel like cooking and I put together the best ingredients I had at home.
Ingredients
250g short pasta
120g brie cheese
6-8 sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
1 small garlic clove
1 heaping teaspoon black olive paste
salt, pepper
Servings: 2-3
How to prepare pasta with brie cheese
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the cheese torn into pieces (rind removed), finely chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic, and olive paste.
- Drain the pasta and while still hot, add it to the bowl over the cheese. Toss quickly until the cheese is completely melted.
- Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
* I also added 3 drops of white truffle oil, but this is optional - Serve immediately.
