Recipe: Pasta with Brie Cheese

So you don't say I keep you in the kitchen too long, I decided to balance the more complex brioche recipe with a very quick recipe where you don't need any cooking skills... unless boiling pasta seems complicated to you 😉

This recipe is a little Sunday invention, when I didn't feel like cooking and I put together the best ingredients I had at home.

Ingredients

250g short pasta
120g brie cheese
6-8 sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
1 small garlic clove
1 heaping teaspoon black olive paste
salt, pepper

Servings: 2-3

How to prepare pasta with brie cheese

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cheese torn into pieces (rind removed), finely chopped tomatoes, crushed garlic, and olive paste.
  3. Drain the pasta and while still hot, add it to the bowl over the cheese. Toss quickly until the cheese is completely melted.
  4. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
    * I also added 3 drops of white truffle oil, but this is optional
  5. Serve immediately.
