Pasta with Peas and Bacon

Ingredients
250g short pasta
200g fresh peas
100-150g smoked bacon (or other smoked meat)
1 onion
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
1 tablespoon oil
salt, pepper
How to prepare pasta with peas and bacon
- Boil the peas in plenty of salted water. After 15 minutes, add the pasta and continue boiling for another 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion just until it softens a bit. Add the bacon cut into cubes and fry until crispy.
- Mix 100ml of the pasta cooking water with the sour cream and pour over the bacon. Bring to a boil. At that moment, add the drained pasta and peas. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove the pan from heat and add the parmesan, stirring until melted.
- Serve with extra parmesan on top.
