Recipe: Baked Apple Yogurt

The flavors of winter in a glass: baked apples and cinnamon. Simply prepared at home, making it 100% natural, without preservatives, artificial flavors, colorants and other such things 😉

Ingredients

400g plain yogurt
3 apples (approx. 500g)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or 1 packet bourbon vanilla sugar)
2 tablespoons honey
a little lemon juice

Servings: 4

How to prepare baked apple yogurt

  1. Peel and core the apples, sprinkle with a little lemon juice to prevent oxidation, and bake on a baking sheet at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes. Then let them cool.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender, including the sliced apples, and blend well.
  3. Store in the refrigerator.
