Recipe: Blender Chocolate Cream

Super simple, super quick! You only need a blender.

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate (I used Heidi 75% cocoa)
80ml boiling water
150ml unwhipped heavy cream (30% fat)
1 egg
1 vanilla essence

Servings: 2-3

How to prepare blender chocolate cream

  1. Grate the chocolate and put it in the blender. Reserve 1 teaspoon for decoration.
  2. Pour the boiling water over it and blend for about 10 seconds, until melted.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the cream into 2-3 glass bowls or coffee cups and refrigerate for a few hours.
  5. Serve cold, sprinkled with grated chocolate (you can also use white chocolate for decoration).
