Blender Chocolate Cream

Super simple, super quick! You only need a blender.
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate (I used Heidi 75% cocoa)
80ml boiling water
150ml unwhipped heavy cream (30% fat)
1 egg
1 vanilla essence
Servings: 2-3
How to prepare blender chocolate cream
- Grate the chocolate and put it in the blender. Reserve 1 teaspoon for decoration.
- Pour the boiling water over it and blend for about 10 seconds, until melted.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well combined, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the cream into 2-3 glass bowls or coffee cups and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Serve cold, sprinkled with grated chocolate (you can also use white chocolate for decoration).
