Ingredients
chocolate cream
marshmallow (meringue)
chocolate powder or cocoa (for decoration)
How to prepare chocolate mousse with meringue
- Prepare the chocolate cream. This time I used Heidi Dark Coffee dark chocolate (55% cocoa) which has a subtle coffee aroma. I divided the cream into 4 glasses (2 martini glasses and 2 wine glasses).
- Prepare the marshmallow (meringue) from the 4 egg whites left over from the cream. Follow the instructions in the recipe up to and including step 4.
- Top the glasses with the egg foam. Dust with a little cocoa or chocolate powder. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, until the meringue is well set. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
