Scrambled Eggs with Zucchini

This was our breakfast today. Since yesterday I found some small and beautiful zucchini at the market and had a few farm eggs, breakfast practically came together on its own.
Ingredients
3-4 eggs
1 small zucchini
1 medium onion
a few sprigs parsley
2-3 pinches oregano
2 tablespoons oil
salt

How to prepare scrambled eggs with zucchini
- Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and parsley.
- Heat the oil and add everything from above. Sprinkle with salt and oregano crushed between your fingers. Sauté over medium heat until the zucchini is cooked (about 3-4 minutes).
- Beat the eggs with salt and 1 tablespoon of water/milk. Pour over the vegetables in the pan and stir gently until the egg is cooked.
- Serve immediately.
