Whole Wheat Bread with Seeds
This recipe is just an excuse to show you the organic whole wheat flour that has appeared in our stores. I found it at the Auchan supermarket, but I hope we'll find it on more and more store shelves. The price is double that of white flour, but considering you can also use it mixed with white flour, the price becomes more accessible.
It's not a bread with an extraordinary appearance - it doesn't rise very much - but I can overlook this fact when I think about how healthy it is. It contains a lot of fiber - double that of white bread - and B vitamins that help the nervous system. Plus I make it at home and I know what goes into it. This time I also added pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
