Recipe: Cocoa Cookies

I leave you in the company of these very delicate chocolate-flavored cookies.

Ingredients

110g butter at room temperature
50g vanilla powdered sugar
1 yolk from a very large egg
100g all-purpose flour
20g cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
50g ground hazelnuts

How to prepare cocoa cookies

  1. Mix the flour with cocoa, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  2. Separately, cream the butter well with the sugar. Add the egg yolk and incorporate well.
  3. Add the flour and hazelnuts and mix until incorporated. The dough will be quite soft and shiny, but will be easy to shape.
  4. Form small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press them with the tines of a fork to flatten them.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. When you remove them they'll be soft, but they'll harden after cooling.
