To all of you who have been with me this year, I wish you Happy Holidays and delicious dishes on your festive tables. Thank you for your support!
I leave you in the company of these very delicate chocolate-flavored cookies.
Ingredients
110g butter at room temperature
50g vanilla powdered sugar
1 yolk from a very large egg
100g all-purpose flour
20g cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
50g ground hazelnuts
Makes: 25
How to prepare cocoa cookies
- Mix the flour with cocoa, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Separately, cream the butter well with the sugar. Add the egg yolk and incorporate well.
- Add the flour and hazelnuts and mix until incorporated. The dough will be quite soft and shiny, but will be easy to shape.
- Form small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press them with the tines of a fork to flatten them.
- Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. When you remove them they'll be soft, but they'll harden after cooling.
