Niku Miso, Meat with Miso
Asian Chicken Turkey Retete Fitness
You might think this recipe is a bit "light"... But the ramen paste is so complex and delicious that you only need a little to transform ground chicken or turkey into a delicious dish, called Niku Miso in Japanese cuisine. We add a mound of Japanese rice alongside and a bowl of raw vegetable salad and we have a healthy, balanced meal. It's part of my plan for a slim figure.
Ingredients

How to prepare niku miso, meat with miso
- Heat a large wok or wide pan well and grease with a little oil. If you only have a smaller pan, prepare the meat in two batches so it's not crowded in the pan.
- Add the ground meat and grind black pepper. With the heat on maximum, saute the meat, breaking it up with a spoon into the smallest pieces possible.
- As soon as the meat has changed color all over, turn the heat to low and add the ramen paste and saute together for another 2 minutes. It seems even better reheated.
- Serve the meat warm, with 100g Japanese rice and a portion of crunchy salad. Sprinkle with green onion if you have it. Everything will have just over 500 calories and over 35g protein.
