Chicken with Bean Sprouts

This is a Chinese-style dish that is prepared very quickly. You can substitute the bean sprouts with bamboo shoots.
Ingredients
500g chicken breast
200g canned bean sprouts
3 garlic cloves
1 hot pepper (or chili flakes)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 large carrot
1/2 red bell pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
50ml water
3 tablespoons oil
How to prepare chicken with bean sprouts
- In a wide pan heat the oil. Add the crushed garlic, ginger and hot pepper. Fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken breast cut into thin strips and fry until it changes color and the water released by the meat evaporates.
- Add the carrots and bell pepper cut into thin sticks and fry over high heat, stirring continuously and quickly for about 5 minutes.
- Add the drained bean sprouts, then the water and sauces. Salt if necessary (the sauces are quite salty). Fry for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and add the sesame oil.
- Serve with rice. You can decorate with sesame seeds.
