Instant Hot Chocolate Mix
Instant mix for hot chocolate. Just add hot water and the chocolate is ready! You can take it with you everywhere, to the cabin or to work. Or you can make it a Christmas gift for chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate (50-65% cocoa)
75g quality cocoa powder
100g milk powder
1 teaspoon ground star anise
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
3/4 teaspoon salt
5 packets vanilla sugar (Bourbon)
25g sugar

How to prepare instant hot chocolate mix
- Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the two types of sugar (the last 2 ingredients on the list).
- Blend at high speed, somewhere between 30 seconds and 1 minute, until you get as fine a powder as possible.
- Add the sugar and mix. Store in a jar with a lid, in a cool place.
- For one serving of hot chocolate, put 45g powder in a mug and add 200-250ml hot water. Stir.
- If you want to make the powder as a gift, divide it in two and package it in bags or small jars.
