Tofu Spread

This recipe is from my mother-in-law and it's not only a vegan recipe but also suitable for diabetics.
Ingredients
300g tofu (in brine; plain or smoked)
100g sesame seeds
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 small bunch parsley
1/3 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon onion flakes (ground)
3/4 cup water
Prep time: 10 minutes
How to prepare tofu spread
- Grind the sesame seeds in a coffee grinder until they become powder.
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend well until it becomes a paste. Add salt only if you feel the need, the tofu is already salty.
