8 fragrant strawberries
granola with seeds and honey
Roasted strawberry sauce
250g strawberries
15g powdered sugar (optional)
Servings: 2
How to prepare yogurt with granola and strawberries
- Remove the stems from the strawberries for the sauce and cut them into 2-4 pieces, depending on size. Very small ones can be left whole. Place them in an oven-safe dish and bake at 200°C for 25 minutes (until the strawberries are roasted and the released juice is syrupy).
- Put the roasted strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste, and if the sauce is too tart, add the powdered sugar and blend for a few more seconds. This will result in a frothy sauce. Let the sauce cool.
* You can prepare more sauce; it keeps well in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. - Remove the stems from the fresh strawberries and cut them into quarters.
- In two glass cups or bowls, pour half of the strawberry sauce into each. On top of each, add 1/3 of a yogurt. Sprinkle a generous layer of granola. Over the granola, place fresh strawberry slices (about 4 strawberries per serving). Add the remaining yogurt on top. Sprinkle with a bit more granola.
