Milk Chocolate Bar
Quick Recipes Simple Recipes Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian Recipes Desserts
Homemade chocolate for beginners. You can't go wrong with this simple recipe that's so easy to remember: 200+200+20 😉 I found it 2 months ago, in a magazine I was browsing at the hairdresser and even though I didn't write it down, it stayed imprinted in my mind. In my photo it's also sprinkled with chili flakes.
Ingredients
200g dark chocolate
200g condensed milk (sweetened)
20g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to prepare milk chocolate bar
- Grease a dish (I used a loaf pan) with butter and then line it with plastic wrap.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt over steam.
- Warm the condensed milk slightly (just lukewarm, not hot). Pour the condensed milk and vanilla over the melted chocolate and mix well. Keep over steam for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cubed butter and stir until the butter melts.
- Pour the mixture into the dish lined with plastic wrap. Tap the pan on the table and move it side to side until the mixture is level.
* if you want, you can mix hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, raisins, etc. into the mixture, or you can sprinkle chili flakes or salt flakes on top after you've leveled the mixture in the pan - Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
