Ingredients

2 potatoes
2 beetroots
1 onion
1 can of tuna in oil (250 g)
1 heaping teaspoon mustard
5 tablespoons oil
dill
salt, pepper

How to prepare potato, beetroot, and tuna salad

  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins (until a fork goes in easily). Separately, boil the peeled beetroot cut into large pieces. Everything will need about 45 minutes of boiling.
  2. Cut the potatoes and beetroot into cubes. Finely chop the onion and add it over the vegetables. Break the tuna on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the mustard, then pour the oil. Mix everything gently until combined.
  4. Add chopped dill to taste. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to blend, then serve.
