Ingredients
2 potatoes
2 beetroots
1 onion
1 can of tuna in oil (250 g)
1 heaping teaspoon mustard
5 tablespoons oil
dill
salt, pepper

How to prepare potato, beetroot, and tuna salad
- Boil the potatoes in their skins (until a fork goes in easily). Separately, boil the peeled beetroot cut into large pieces. Everything will need about 45 minutes of boiling.
- Cut the potatoes and beetroot into cubes. Finely chop the onion and add it over the vegetables. Break the tuna on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add the mustard, then pour the oil. Mix everything gently until combined.
- Add chopped dill to taste. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes for the flavors to blend, then serve.
