Turkish Spice Blend
Turkish spice blend for vegetable or meat stews, for grilled beef or lamb, for meatballs or eggplant kebab / chicken kebab, for pilafs, green bean dishes, spinach with ground meat.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon crushed dried mint
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Yield: 30 g
How to prepare turkish spice blend
- Mix all ingredients together and store in a sealed jar. Use generously.
